Preparation (Online)
Nature-Based KAP Retreat (In-Person)
A four-day, all-inclusive retreat designed for depth, safety, and connection:
Integration & Continued Support (Online)
Our retreats are intentionally intimate, limited to just 12 participants to ensure personalized attention and meaningful connection. The consistent feedback from previous participants confirms the transformative value of this experience, both personally and professionally.
No prior experience with ketamine or psychedelic therapy is required. This program is designed for both newcomers and those already familiar with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). Our structured curriculum provides foundational knowledge, hands-on experience, and professional guidance, ensuring that all participants feel informed and supported throughout the process.
This program provides 20 hours of CME credits through the American Medical Association (AMA). Participants will receive a certificate upon completion, which can be submitted to their respective medical boards or professional organizations for CME credit recognition. We recommend checking with your specific licensing board to ensure compliance with their continuing education requirements.
Many employers, hospitals, and private practices offer CME reimbursement or professional development funds that can be applied toward this program. We encourage you to check with your employer, HR department, or professional organization to see if funding is available. We can also provide documentation or an invoice if needed for reimbursement requests.
We strive to accommodate medical and dietary needs to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants. Before the retreat, you will have the opportunity to provide information about any specific requirements, including allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions. Our team will work closely with you to address any concerns and make necessary accommodations. If you have particular medical needs related to ketamine therapy, we encourage you to discuss them with our facilitators in advance.
Step 1: Complete the retreat application form. Once we receive your application, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to schedule a screening call with our Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator, Jayne Gumpel, LCSW. This call will be held over Zoom.
Step 2: If both you and our team feel the retreat is a good fit, we’ll ask you to make a 50% deposit of the retreat fee (note: housing costs are not included in this fee).
Step 3: After you’ve paid the deposit to secure your spot, you’ll receive a welcome email with important next steps, including:
