The ELEOS Medical Provider's Program

A unique 20-hour AMA-accredited CME curriculum combining ketamine education, experience, and ceremony in an immersive healing retreat. Our program is specifically designed for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who are seeking both professional development and personal renewal. The care we give ourselves determines the quality of care we give to others.

The Eleos Medical Provider Renewal Program

A two-month transformation program for clinicians seeking reconnection, clarity, and vitality.

A Program Curated for Medical Professionals

This program is designed for medical providers who are capable and committed, yet physically exhausted, emotionally disconnected, spiritually depleted, or carrying moral injury. Many clinicians continue to function at a high level while sensing that something essential has been lost. Eleos was created for clinicians like you, offering a confidential, clinically grounded space to restore connection, clarity, and vitality.

Meaningful Benefits for Sustainable Renewal

Eleos is designed to support sustainable renewal — not just temporary relief. Participants engage in a clinically grounded process that restores nervous system balance, emotional access, and a deeper sense of alignment.
Renewed energy, clarity, and motivation
Meaningful reconnection to inner purpose
Authentic, lasting peer community
mind–body techniques that support enduring change
increased emotional flexibility when facing challenge

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Opens a Window Toward Change

But how you use that open window determines whether the change is temporary… or transformational.

Ketamine increases neuroplasticity by softening stuck patterns and habitual stress responses. It offers new perspective, quiets the internal noise that keeps old strategies in place and reopens a “critical window period” where the brain becomes more receptive, curious, and able to build new pathways.

Meditation amplifies and stabilizes this neuroplastic window.

Most KAP programs offer integration.
Eleos offers active neuroplasticity training.

Guided by lineage-trained meditation teachers, you learn how breath, attention, and nervous system regulation work together to entrain change. Integration becomes more than insight—it becomes a daily practice of directing awareness, applying new tools, and being witnessed by a community that knows your process over time.

Daily, breath-based yogic meditation uniquely complements KAP by:
activating parasympathetic regulation that calms the body
training attentional flexibility to counter rigid patterning
strengthening neural pathways for presence and emotional regulation
repeatedly reinforcing the internal neuroplastic conditions under which new patterns “take root”
This synergy is the core innovation of the Eleos model.
Ketamine opens the door.
Meditation teaches you how to walk through it.
Community and integration make the change sustainable.
