Retreat Overview

The Thyme is a sanctuary surrounded by lush woodlands, rolling hills, and flowing water located on 85 acres in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains. A spring-fed swimming pond sits at the center of the land, where two gentle rivers converge—bringing a sense of harmony to the landscape. Just 2.5 hours from both New York City and Boston, The Thyme offers an ideal East Coast escape—especially during peak leaf season—providing space to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself.

A Program to Replenish and Reconnect

Limited capacity, by design. We cap each retreat at just 12 members—allowing us to provide individualized care to each person while maintaining an intimate, safe space where meaningful work can happen.
This intentional small-group format ensures the personal attention and tailored support that mass CME events simply cannot offer.
