The Thyme is a sanctuary surrounded by lush woodlands, rolling hills, and flowing water located on 85 acres in the heart of the Berkshire Mountains. A spring-fed swimming pond sits at the center of the land, where two gentle rivers converge—bringing a sense of harmony to the landscape. Just 2.5 hours from both New York City and Boston, The Thyme offers an ideal East Coast escape—especially during peak leaf season—providing space to step away from the demands of daily life and reconnect with yourself.
Step 1: Complete the retreat application form. Once we receive your application, you’ll get an email with instructions on how to schedule a screening call with our Co-Founder and Lead Facilitator, Jayne Gumpel, LCSW. This call will be held over Zoom.
Step 2: If both you and our team feel the retreat is a good fit, we’ll ask you to make a 50% deposit of the retreat fee (note: housing costs are not included in this fee).
